Faith, Fellowship and Vocation at the PW Retreat

Our Presbyterian Women had a wonderful time together at their recent retreat, enjoying a weekend of fellowship, reflection, conversation and being together at Montreat.


This year’s speaker was Diana Curtis, who did a beautiful job sharing about vocation and what God may be calling us to do in different seasons of our lives. The women spent time reflecting on their own gifts and callings, including theologian Frederick Buechner’s description of vocation as the place where “your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.”


It was a wonderful weekend of friendship, faith and good conversation. We are thankful to Diana for sharing with the group and to everyone who helped make this time together possible!
