Media and Technology at First Presbyterian

Equipping Our Spaces and Community for Connection, Worship, and Outreach

Expanding Connection: Media and Technology at First Presbyterian

At First Presbyterian, media and technology are vital tools that help us share the gospel, build community, and make everyone feel connected—whether they’re in the building or joining from afar.

We see this investment as the next important phase of renovation in our 68,000-square-foot facility, ensuring that our physical spaces continue to serve our mission in fresh and relevant ways. These upgrades will help us use technology thoughtfully to serve both our congregation and the wider community, enhancing learning, encouraging creativity, and supporting meaningful worship and discipleship for all ages.

By equipping classrooms and gathering spaces with modern tools, we want to empower people to connect more deeply with God, each other, and the world around us. We are adding a new Wi‑Fi streaming assisted listening system that ensures every guest, regardless of hearing ability, can fully participate. From hosting dynamic classes to livestreaming worship and bringing in guest speakers from around the world, our goal is to create spaces—physical and digital—where everyone feels welcome, informed, and inspired to grow in faith and service.

“I am so excited about these media and technology upgrades because they give us new ways to reach our congregation and the wider community more effectively than ever before. These tools help us remove barriers, strengthen our connections, and create opportunities for everyone to grow in faith together. My hope is that this next phase of renewal in our church will equip us to serve God and our neighbors with greater creativity, accessibility, and impact.”
