New Worshipful Wednesday Series: "Setting the Table" continues September 2nd

Join us next Wednesday, September 2, for the second session of Setting the Table, our five-week Worshipful Wednesday series exploring important moments in Scripture that happen around a table.

Throughout the series, we will see God welcome strangers, provide food in the wilderness, reveal Christ in the breaking of bread, and send disciples into the world through shared meals. Together, we will consider how tables become places of hospitality, provision, revelation, and calling. These stories will help shape our life together during this year’s theme, At the Table Together: Gather, Reveal, Send.

Our second session, “Bread for the Journey,” will focus on Exodus 16. In the wilderness, God feeds the Israelites one day at a time. The gift of manna teaches them trust, dependence, and gratitude. We will explore what it means to receive our daily bread and how God’s provision forms and sustains a community.

Dinner begins at 5:30 pm, followed by the program at 6:30 pm in the James Park Room. If you cannot attend in person, we invite you to join us by Zoom using the link below.
