Join us on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary for a short discussion and performance of Felix Mendelssohn's Sixth Organ Sonata by Scott Scheetz. This piece is a setting of Martin Luther's hymn Vater unser im Himmelreich (Our Father in Heaven), which is based on the Lord's Prayer, and is being offered as ​a musical paring and conclusion to Dr. Carl's discussions on his book The Lord's Prayer for Today.
Following Scott's program, join us in the fellowship hall to pack stockings for the 3rd graders at Dogwood Elementary School and their teachers! 
We will be collecting:

• Snacks, candy, or treats (individually wrapped) for 82 kids 

• Treats for teachers (5) - (chocolate, snacks, socks, coffee, coffee mugs, candles, etc.)

• Financial donations for stocking stuffers (donate online at the church’s website or in the offering plate).
