First Presbyterian’s New Signs Are Here!
The First Presbyterian signs are finally here!
After many years of talking, planning, and working toward this project, our new signs are officially installed at the front of the church and at the corner of Clinch and State!
These signs will make First Presbyterian easier to see and identify from downtown, help visitors and newcomers find their way to us, and give our church a stronger presence in the community. As we continue to welcome new people through our doors and grow our congregation, we hope these signs will help more of our neighbors know who we are, where we are, and that they are welcome here.
A special thank you to our Director of Finance and Facilities, Jane Holland, for her work on this project, to James Speed, our brick mason, and the talented team at SignCo for their work. The new brick and bronze signs mark our place in the heart of downtown Knoxville and remind everyone who passes by why we are here:
For Christ in the Heart of Knoxville.
