Help Refugee Families Prepare for Arrival of New Babies

Bridge Refugee Services has several clients who are expecting babies soon. Meager budgets don't include the extra funds needed to prepare for these new arrivals. Let's help our neighbors by providing diapers, wipes, newborn baby clothes and infant car seats. You can leave your donations in the office or at the Mission Market.

Bridge can't meet all the needs of newly arrived refugees without the help of volunteers like you. From providing transportation to appointments and classes to online English tutoring or assisting with sewing classes, volunteers are an important link in our new neighbors adjusting to life in Knoxville. Go to the link below to indicate your interest in being part of Bridge's welcoming community.

For more information on how to help, contact Colleen Shannon, bakhom@earthlink.net or text 865-406-5233.
