Volunteer Opportunity: Support Families with Family Promise on October 26-Nov 1

Family Promise is a wonderful way to volunteer if you’re looking to get connected and make a difference. Whether through prayer, cooking a meal, setting up or breaking down, or simply spending time with families, even an hour or two can bless others in meaningful ways. To learn more about current needs and opportunities, reach out to Patrice Minteer at leelawoffice@att.net.

First Presbyterian will be hosting Family Promise the week of October 26-Nov 1, and we’d love for you to be part of this important ministry at the church.

We’re so thankful for our current volunteers—and we’re also looking to welcome a few more helping hands! This is a wonderful opportunity to support families in transition and offer tangible care as they work toward stability and a fresh start.

There are several ways to get involved:

• Spend the night as a host

• Serve as a transitional host for just two hours

• Join a cooking team and help provide warm, nourishing meals

Whether you have a little time to volunteer or a lot, your presence can make a real difference. This is an important mission at First Presbyterian, and we’re deeply grateful for your support.

To sign up or learn more, contact Patrice Minteer at leelawoffice@att.net.
