Important Information for your New Directory

Current Online Member Directory users,

Your old username and password will no longer work.

All logins now use the email address from

your directory profile.

Here's how to login:

Visit your directory on the church web page or go to the login portal

1. First, Click on Forgot Your Password.

2.Next, enter your email

3.Click the "Send Verification Code" button.

4.Check your email for a message from “Microsoft on behalf of Online Member Directory.” Copy the verification code from the email and enter it where prompted.

5.Click the "Verify Code" button.

6.Click "Continue" (You do not need to click “change email.”)

7.Set your new password

Your password must be between 8 and 64 characters and have at least three of the following:

A lowercase letter

An uppercase letter

A number

A symbol

8.Click continue to login to your directory.

9.Enjoy!

Mobile App Users:

A new version of the mobile app will be released. You may

need to update your app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store once it becomes available. Please note that availability will depend on the app store's review process
