Presbyterian Women of East Tennessee Share Good News in March Newsletter - Read Newsletter Below

The Presbyterian Women of the Presbytery of East Tennessee have released their March newsletter, filled with encouraging updates about the ways women across the region are serving their communities and supporting one another in faith.

Among the highlights is the upcoming Spring Gathering on Saturday, April 18, at Second Presbyterian Church in Chattanooga, which will bring women together for a day of fellowship, inspiring speakers, meaningful conversation, and important updates. This year’s mission focus will support the Newton Child Development Center, a Chattanooga nonprofit that provides high-quality childcare for families in need.

The newsletter also celebrates new leadership and ongoing mission work. Aleathea Harris Little, a longtime educator from Nashville, has joined the board of Mission Haven, a ministry that offers hospitality and care for mission co-workers.

Across East Tennessee, Presbyterian Women continue to make a meaningful impact, from assembling birthing kits for clinics in Haiti to supporting neighbors with food, haircuts, and supplies for Ronald McDonald Houses, as well as gathering to celebrate Black History Month and strengthen their communities.

The newsletter highlights the many ways Presbyterian Women are living out their faith through service and compassion. Special thanks to Kelly Norrell for compiling and sharing this month’s newsletter.
